Peter is the PotterRees Welfare Benefits Adviser and a qualified solicitor.
Career
Peter specialises in social security and benefits law. Peter advises clients of their welfare benefit entitlement, he makes applications on their behalf and he conducts appeals before Tribunals, when necessary. He is also interested in discrimination in employment cases for those that have sustained personal injury. Peter also worked as a Caseworker at the Disability Rights Commission for six years and now works several days a month as a Peer Reviewer for the Legal Services Commission.
