Regional Costs Judge Endorses Potter Rees' Bill & Success Fee

On 21st June 2011, Potter Rees received a long awaited Judgment on our case of Oliver Flinn.
The Claimant suffered a catastrophic spinal injury in 2005 as a passenger in an RTA. Regional Costs Judge Harris endorsed Potter Rees' hourly rates charged throughout the case, the success fee of 35% and the 'impeccable' conduct of the matter by the firm.
