Lesley Herbertson joins Potter Rees Clinical Negligence Team

PotterRees are extremely pleased to announce the appointment of Lesley Herbertson as Senior Solicitor within the firm's Clinical Negligence department where she will be working closely with the Clinical Negligence Partner, Helen Dolan.
Lesley is a Clinical Negligence lawyer of 18 years experience, previously a senior figure within Irwin Mitchell and Partner at Alexander Harris, she specialises in cerebral palsy and acquired brain injury work.
Lesley has also handled a wide range of other cases over the years including fatal claims, stillbirths and neonatal deaths as well as orthopaedic injuries and damage arising from surgery. Lesley is noted for her proactive and sensitive approach to cases.
Lesley is a member of the SRA Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme and the AvMA Clinical Negligence Panel. She is also involved with the Manchester and District Medico-Legal Society.
