Katharine acts as a Deputy for clients who are unable to manage their own financial affairs.
Career
After qualifying as a solicitor in 1993, Katharine specialised in trusts and probate. This led her to develop an interest in managing the financial affairs of clients lacking mental capacity. Katharine works closely with personal injury solicitors and she now acts as a Deputy for clients of all ages with a severe brain injury. Katharine also prepares reports on future Court of Protection costs for other solicitors conducting personal injury or clinical negligence claims.
