Helen is the Head of the firm’s Clinical Negligence Department. She acts for clients who have sustained an injury arising out of medical accidents with particular emphasis on serious and catastrophic injuries involving the spine and brain.
Career
Helen qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and joined the firm in 2000 after gaining a broad range of experience in various fields. She has made rapid progress in her chosen specialism of clinical negligence and during her career she has dealt with a wide range of such claims achieving successful outcomes in the most complex of cases. Prior to becoming a solicitor, Helen worked in foreign languages and in the environmental field with Friends of the Earth.
